One platform, running the hard parts for you.
WebSpark automates the enforcement and mitigation of the most demanding parts of running a website, and we are accountable for the result.
Security and platform updates. Lost and compromised logins. Accessibility liability and complaints. Privacy liability, cookie consent and data requests. Attacks, outages and data loss. Search visibility and page speed. Forms, spam and where your leads end up.
Each of those is a job somebody at your organization is doing today, or is not doing and will hear about later. On WebSpark they are handled by the platform, monitored continuously, and reported to you every month.

One company answerable for everything the website has to be.
Four things that stop being your problem.
Each of these holds in the months when nobody is thinking about the website, which is when it matters.
Security is ours to run
We remove the parts of a website that get attacked and we keep the rest current. Updates, monitoring and response are on us, continuously, and there is no login page, plugin list or admin area for anybody to find.
Accessibility you can evidence
Every page is tested before it goes live and you get a dated record of it. When a customer, a funder or a lawyer asks whether your site is accessible, you send them the report.
Privacy handled for you
Cookie consent, policies that match what the site actually does, and requests from the public answered inside the legal deadline. It is the part most organizations find out they got wrong when somebody complains.
Fast, and steady when busy
The site is quick for visitors wherever they are, and it holds up on the day you send a campaign. Page speed is also the single biggest thing search engines reward you for.
The whole operational layer.
All of it is included, monitored and reported on. No separate hosting bill, no plugin subscriptions, and nobody else to chase when something breaks.
Because every WebSpark site runs on the same managed platform, a security fix or an accessibility improvement is made once and reaches every client we look after. One site on its own cannot be held to that standard for anything like the same money.

Change the site without learning software.
There is no content system to log into, and no training. You ask, you approve, it goes live, and every step is recorded against your account.
Ask for the change
In an email, on a call, in a document. No ticket format, no software to learn, and no password to reset because you last logged in six months ago.
We prepare it
The change is made and checked automatically for accessibility, speed and broken links before anybody on your side spends a minute on it.
You see it privately
A private link shows the finished page, working, on any device you want to open it on. Nothing is public until you say so.
You approve it
Approval publishes it in minutes. Who asked, who approved and what changed is all recorded, so a year later it is possible to say why a page says what it says.
Three plans. No setup fee.
Everything above is included at every level. The plan decides who on your side can publish, how much compliance governance comes with it, and how many sites it covers.
Core

For smaller business and informational websites.
Managed hosting, content network and SSL, platform updates, security monitoring, automated accessibility testing, performance monitoring, backups and deployments, standard forms, analytics, the publishing workflow for one person, and monthly operational reporting.
Best forSmall business sites, landing sites, modest traffic
Pro
$500 per month
For organizations where the website is an important business asset.
Everything in Core, plus publishing for your whole team with separate permissions for each person, accessibility governance, privacy and cookie-consent management, GDPR and CPRA request handling, enhanced security and compliance monitoring, CRM and form routing, and a fuller monthly record.

Business
$800 per month
For larger, higher-traffic or business-critical websites.
Everything in Pro, plus more than one site, higher infrastructure allowances, advanced integrations, priority support, enhanced monitoring, and security questionnaires answered on your behalf. Your data processing agreement sets the retention schedule, the breach-notification terms and the sub-processors we may use.
Best forHigh traffic, larger organizations, regulated businesses, multi-site
Moving your site
There is no migration or rebuild fee for qualifying customers on a twelve-month agreement. We rebuild the site on the platform, keeping the design, content, addresses, integrations, analytics and search rankings you have now.
Work beyond that is quoted and approved before it starts, at two hourly rates set in your agreement: one for content, design and standard implementation, and one for custom applications and complex integrations. We automate what we can so that bill stays small.
Core and Pro cover one site. Business covers more than one, at $100 per month for each site after the first. Every site gets its own reporting, its own forms and its own content permissions.
Start the move.
Tell us which site and what you would fix first. We will come back with what moving it involves, what it would cost, and what it would not change.
If you would rather talk it through, call (888) 949-5995 or write to info@osignite.com.
