Who is responsible for your information

OS Ignite, Inc. decides why and how personal information is used on https://www.osignite.com, and is the business responsible for it under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

You can reach us at info@osignite.com or (888) 949-5995. Our postal address is 3333 Michelson Dr Suite 300, Irvine, CA 92612.

This statement explains what we do with the data we obtain about you through this website. We recommend you read it carefully.

How we approach your personal data

In our processing we comply with the requirements of privacy legislation. That means, among other things, that:

  • We clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this by means of this privacy statement.
  • We limit our collection of personal data to the personal data required for legitimate purposes.
  • We first request your explicit consent to process your personal data in cases requiring your consent.
  • We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data, and we require the same from parties that process personal data on our behalf.
  • We respect your right to access your personal data, or to have it corrected or deleted, at your request.

Purpose and categories of data

We collect personal information for one purpose on this website: to answer you when you send us a message through a form.

When you submit a form we receive what you typed into it, the page you submitted it from, and the time you did so. The fields on each form are the complete list of what that form collects.

We also record a truncated version of your IP address. The final part is discarded before storage, so it identifies a general area and cannot be used to identify you or your connection. It is kept as evidence that a submission came from a real request.

There is no account to create on this site, no profile is built in the background, and nothing you do here is tracked across other websites.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We hold what you send us so that we can answer you. You asked us a question and we are replying to it, and where you are entering into a contract with us, holding it is necessary to do that.

Consent is used only for optional things such as analytics. Where nothing optional is in use, we do not ask you for a consent you have no choice to make.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are deleted 6 months after they arrive. The deletion time is written onto the record when it is stored, and the database removes the record automatically when that time passes.

Each deletion is written to an append-only log recording which record was removed and when, and never its contents. We can therefore show that a particular submission was destroyed without keeping a copy of it to prove so.

If you ask us to delete something sooner, we do, and the same log records it.

Sharing with other parties

We share or disclose your personal information only with the recipients below, and only for the purpose given against each. It is not sold and not shared for advertising.

Cloudflare is contacted before you have made any choice about optional cookies, because the site cannot function safely otherwise. The table marks which.

No page on this site contacts any company absent from this table.

Disclosure practices

We disclose personal information if we are required by law or by a court order, in response to a law enforcement agency, to the extent permitted under other provisions of law, or for an investigation on a matter related to public safety. Where we are permitted to tell you that this has happened, we will.

If our website or organisation is taken over, sold, or involved in a merger or acquisition, your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers, and will be passed on to the new owners.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out from any sale or sharing of personal information and honour it without asking you again. Several US states recognise that signal as a legally binding request, and we act on it wherever you live.

Do Not Track is a separate and older header, and browsers send it without any agreed meaning. We make no claim about it. Global Privacy Control is the signal that carries a defined instruction, and it is the one this site reads.

Automated decisions and profiling

There are none. Nothing on this site makes a decision about you automatically, scores you, or builds a profile of your behaviour.

Cookies

Our cookie policy lists every cookie and storage item this site uses, what each is for, and how long it lasts. You can read it at www.osignite.com/cookies/.

Security

We are committed to the security of personal data. We take appropriate security measures to limit abuse of and unauthorised access to personal data, so that only the necessary people have access to your data, access to it is protected, and our measures are regularly reviewed.

The security measures in use on this website consist of:

  • Transport encryption, with HTTP Strict Transport Security, so a browser will not connect to this site without it.
  • A Content Security Policy built from the hash of every script the site ships, which prevents the execution of any script we did not publish.
  • Separation of each client at the infrastructure level, so one cannot reach another.
  • Encryption of stored submissions, both in transit and at rest.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on the sending domain, so mail claiming to come from us can be checked.
  • Restriction of access to stored submissions to the people who need it.

The limits of that

No system is beyond compromise, and any statement to the contrary deserves suspicion. If a breach occurs that puts you at risk, we will notify the relevant authority within 72 hours and tell you without undue delay.

Third-party websites

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites connected by links on our website. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend you read the privacy statements of those websites before using them.

Accessing and modifying your data

If you have any questions, or want to know which personal data we hold about you, please contact us. We will provide the requested information upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request.

We will ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request for access, correction or deletion. Handing someone else your information on request would be a worse failure than asking you to prove who you are, and we will not ask for more than is needed to be sure.

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • You may submit a request for access to the data we process about you.
  • You may object to the processing.
  • You may request an overview, in a commonly used format, of the data we process about you.
  • You may request correction or deletion of the data if it is incorrect, or not or no longer relevant, or ask us to restrict its processing.
  • You may appeal our decision whenever we refuse to take action on a request, and submit a complaint with the competent authority if your appeal is denied.

Making a request

We reply within 45 days, which is the deadline the CPRA sets. Every request is recorded with the date it arrived and the date it falls due, so the deadline is measured and not remembered.

Exercising any of these rights costs nothing, and it does not change the service you receive or the price you pay for it.

You can use the form below, or write to info@osignite.com. Both reach the same place and start the same clock.

Make a request about your personal information

Tell us how to reach you and what you are asking for. For access, correction and deletion we will confirm who you are before we act, and we will not ask for more than is needed to be sure.

What are you asking us to do?
How we reach you

We reply within 45 days, and usually much sooner.

California residents (CPRA)

This section supplements the rest of this privacy statement and applies to residents of California.

  • The right to know what personal information is collected about you: the categories collected, the categories of sources it comes from, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, the categories of third parties it is shared with, and the specific pieces of personal information held about you.
  • The right to know whether personal information is sold or shared, and to whom.
  • The right to request deletion of personal information collected from you. We may decline a deletion request where §1798.105(d) permits it, such as to complete a transaction you asked for, to detect security incidents, to debug, or to comply with a legal obligation. We will tell you which ground applies.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • The right to equal service and price when you exercise any of these rights.

We have not sold or shared consumers’ personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we have not disclosed it for a business purpose beyond the recipients named above. You may still submit an opt-out using the form above, and we will confirm that there is nothing to stop.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Children

Our website is not designed to attract children, and we do not intend to collect personal data from children under the age of consent in their country of residence. We ask that children under the age of consent do not submit any personal data to us. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Amendments to this privacy statement

This version took effect on 2026-09-14. We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement, and when we do, the date at the top changes with it. The previous version remains available on request.

We will not reduce your rights under this statement without telling you. We recommend you consult this statement regularly, and we will actively inform you of changes wherever possible.
