- Downloaded Software cannot be returned unless purchaser cannot get it to function as advertised, and can prove this to OS Ignite, Inc. Purchaser must give our technical support team a reasonable chance to solve the issue by providing all relevant website log-ins, back-end access, etc.
- Downloaded Software returns will ONLY be processed at our sole discression. No return is guaranteed, as we cannot possibly take back a virtual product. Once you have purchased it, you have it in your possession, and we cannot possibly dis-possess you.
