Create Gift Certificates for Virtuemart 2, New Extension

We have developed, tested, and fully released one of our first new extensions for Virtuemart 2.  This plugin will allow any store owner to quickly set a specific Virtuemart 2 category, or multiple categories, as flagged for gift certificate products.  This means that any product found in one of these categories will generate a gift certificate for the purchasing customer.
