Project Management and Support

Most websites take a significant time investment, and it is important that we maximize efficiency to keep our projects on track.  For this reason, we make every effort to always keep your project manager the same throughout the entire process.  This project manager will always have programming and development experience, and are often the most experienced individuals on our team.  This point is especially important to ensure that you receive the best advice and guidance throughout the development process, without any middlemen bogging it down.

Testing and Quality Assurance

In general, the more advanced the website, the more things that can go wrong.  For this reason, you need an experienced development team on your side to diagnose and fix the bugs before they become a problem.  Depending upon your clients to find bugs in a website is sometimes necessary, but should be minimized as much as possible.  This is why we dedicate an entire phase of each project to thoroughly testing a completed project and assuring the quality of all features contained therein.

Maintenance and Back Ups

We have several different levels of maintenance, backup, and service retainer contracts that can be arranged depending upon the needs of our client.  Every website is different, and the amount of our involvement after a project completion can thus be determinded on a case by case basis.  We always support our completed projects for up to 30 days after completion, and perform regular maintenance related work at very reasonable rates after the timeframe has expired.
